Our website does not use cookies

A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. TradieRank does not set any cookies, and we do not use tracking, analytics or advertising tools that set them. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

The chat

If you send a message in the chat, your browser keeps a random chat number (in its "local storage", not a cookie) so the conversation stays open as you move between pages. It is only saved once you send a message, it does not track you, and you can clear it by clearing your browser's site data. Chat messages are answered automatically by our support system and kept so we can improve our answers, as our privacy policy explains.

When you pay

When you click "Fix it for £49 a month" you go to a payment page run by Stripe, on Stripe's own website. Stripe uses cookies there that are strictly necessary to take payments safely and prevent fraud. See Stripe's cookie policy.

If this changes

If we ever add tools that use cookies (for example to measure which adverts work), we will update this page and ask for your permission first, using a cookie banner with a clear "Reject" button, before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary.
