1. Who we are

TradieRank is a trading name of [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS] [COMPANY NUMBER, if a limited company]. Contact: tradierank.support@gmail.com.

2. The free website check

The free check reads the public home page of the website you enter and gives an automated score and suggestions. It is general information, not professional advice. Only scan websites you own or have permission to check. Do not use the scanner to overload, probe or attack any website. We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive.

3. The TradieRank plan

The plan costs £49 a month [INCLUDING / EXCLUDING VAT: confirm once you know your VAT position]. It includes what is listed on our website on the day you sign up. In short: a monthly scan, a ranking check for up to 5 search phrases (once Google Search Console is connected), fixes written for you and checked three times before delivery, up to 2 new pages or posts a month, a Google Business Profile checklist, a review-request message, and a monthly report by email.

At launch we deliver content ready for you to publish, with instructions. We only publish directly to websites we built for you.

4. No guaranteed results

We do not promise any ranking, traffic, enquiries or income. Google decides rankings, and nobody controls them. SEO usually takes months, and results vary. Any chart marked "sample estimate" is an illustration only.

5. Payment

Payments are taken in advance by card through Stripe, starting on the day you sign up: either £49 a month, or £490 a year (2 months free). Yearly plans renew each year unless you switch renewal off. If a payment fails we will email you and Stripe will try again. If it still fails after [NUMBER] days we may pause the service.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before the new price starts.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the link in your emails. There is no minimum term. Your plan continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and then stops. See our refund and cancellation policy.

8. Who owns the content

Once you have paid for the month, the pages, posts and text we write for you that month are yours to use as you wish, including after you cancel. Our software, scoring method and report designs stay ours.

9. Our responsibility to you

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If you are a business customer, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

10. Ending the service

We may end the service with 30 days' notice by email, or straight away if you seriously break these terms (for example by asking us to publish unlawful content). If we end it without fault on your side, we will refund any month paid for but not delivered.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales [CHANGE IF YOU ARE BASED IN SCOTLAND OR NORTHERN IRELAND]. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
